Reviews
"My grandson was visiting from TX and developed a bad earache. The urgent care closest to me was closed for lack of staffing. We went to CVS and they had no openings -- but they took pity since he was from out of town and had nowhere to go. It was so appreciated! It no time at all he had a prescription and we were on our way. R Laughlin was so kind and thorough."
"The minute clinic at this CVS does not care about their patients. Their staff is rude and not knowledgeable. My father received vaccines here and the nurses were not informative and unprofessional. I would give zero review if I can instead of one. They administeredHepA vaccine instead of HepB vaccine and when I called them they said that the script from the doctor states to give HepA, however his script says to give HepB. They do not take responsibility for their actions. We have seen two nurses and I can tell that they know nothing about vaccine guidelines neither immunology in general. I do not recommend this place at all. They are unhappy and do not like their job. The nurse that we saw is so rude, she has nothing to do with healthcare."
"I was completely appalled. I have never been treated so poorly. Rebekah Laughlin was so rude, never looked away from her computer when asking me questions about my symptoms, no compassion about how sick I was or that I needed help. She seemed bothered that I was even in the room with her. Any time I talked she remained silent afterward as if I had given a 'wrong' answer to what I was feeling. I was already feeling terrible and the way she acted really made me feel worse. When people are sick they need someone to be kind and compassionate - even if they are faking it."
"My daughter was sick and went to see the nurse practitioner, R. Laughlin. This woman bedside manners were so rude. When she listened to my daughters lungs she was rolling her eyes behind her, saying, take breaths from your mouth. My daughter told her she was congested and her sinuses were dripping down the back of her throat. She never one put any pressure around her sinuses or looked up her nose to see if it was a possible sinus infection. She gave her a strep test, but refused to do a test for the flu. About three minutes into the visit my phone received a text from CVS stating that I should be called in shortly and she turned to me and said turn that phone off. She suggested a couple things, and when I asked her what aisle they were in she said she didn’t know and didn’t even offer to help me find your items. To me, it was a waste of time to even take my daughter there. She didn’t want to play listen to us, she made fun of my daughter behind her back, she wasn’t helpful, and didn’t do a thorough exam."
"They are open Sunday from 9:00am to 4:30 pm...so I was there at 4:03, the nurse said last appointment they take it's at 4," come back tomorrow", for sure there is no tomorrow for me in this minute clinic. I wonder if they start seeing patients at 9? Or later. This is ridiculous. They should have a sign for what time they plan to see patients."
