"Good luck! They schedule appointments 3 months out and two days before the appointment they call to cancel. This happened to me twice for the same appointment. Super disappointed too because I really did like the doctor I was seeing, but I'm looking elsewhere for a PCP. I get jerked around enough, I certainly don't need it from my PCP office."

"If I could give this practice a ZERO stars rating I would. They NEVER have sick appointment availability. They flat out tell you to go to an urgent care instead. Well visits are always two months out. It’s a shame because the NPs are fantastic, but their scheduling and office staff can’t handle their responsibilities. Horrible!"

"After my long time primary care physician retired, I chose this practice because of its proximity to where I now live. I saw a new doctor once and it was a decent experience for a check up. Last year I called to schedule a physical since I hadn't been seen in a while and although I had been completely healthy felt that it was a good idea for another check up. My PCP wasn't available and I was given an appointment with another doctor 3+ months out. While I felt that was a little absurd, I didn't have a pressing medical need so I said okay. Fast forward and a month before that appointment, I get a call saying that they need to move my appointment. I'm thinking maybe change the day, or even the week. No, they want to move it another 3 months back! When I ask for something closer to my original date I'm told that there's nothing they can do. I just told them to cancel it. Today a more pressing need just arose. I'm scheduled for a procedure that requires anesthesia and my pre-surgery testing indicates that I need some follow up. I'm told by the surgeon that I should go see my PCP just to let them know what's going on, review my tests, and see if there's any reason why I shouldn't have the procedure. When I call this practice I'm told it's been awhile since I've been seen, they now consider me a new patient and can't help me this week! My original PCP would have had me scheduled ASAP. Totally in-compassionate, insensitive, and unhelpful. Good thing it's nothing life threatening....wait it could be! The scheduling of patients should be the easy part for both sides. Just stay away from this place and find a practice that cares. I was so incensed with my interaction I was compelled to write this review so others don't get caught up in the same treatment."
