"Absolutely love every doctor and nurse here. After hours is great! Dr. Cooper always tells me the honest truth...sometimes Don't come in! That way I don't waste time and money for something that can be handled at home. Last incident my daughter encountered pepper spray and had a reaction. He was great over the phone!"

"Not happy with all of the Dr.s, but overall very happy with the front desk staff, nurses & physicians! (Caitlyn Webb is a favorite) I do love that it is super easy to get in same day apts as some offices you have to wait for a nurse to call back to even get you scheduled/seen! From personal experience just a reminder that one bad experience with one or two drs doesn’t ruin it for all of them! Have a new respect and understanding for wait room times. Although it can be annoying waiting long to be seen when you have young sink kids, but when there is only one Dr remember they are only one person! Webb was the only nurse seeing patients on a Saturday & although she was busy when it was our time to be seen she was thorough & really listened & wasn’t rushing to check us off of the list. When you’re in the waiting room it’s easy to get frustrated, but when it’s your turn alls you want is to know that your child is being throughly examined and taken care of & I 100% felt that and appreciated that!"

"I have been taking my boys here for 11 years now. We love the practice no matter who we are seen by. All the doctors, nurses and staff are always super nice and helpful. We feel as though we are always given the best medical advice for our boys, on all situations."

"I was in the office on Tuesday. My 1 year daughter was congested and just not her normal self. They did her 15 month check up which I wasn’t there for that, I called to make a sick appointment. 1 hour after leaving the office I took her temp, 101.2 and none stop crying. I called the office after she woke up from nap feeling the same way. I was put on the phone with the doctor I had seen in the office, he just kept saying she was ok, it’s ok for her to have a fever and I’m doing a “great job”. Wednesday and Thursday she had a fever of 102.5 and did all we could to keep her comfortable. Friday I take her back to the office and request a test for rsv and come to find out. It’s positive, and now my 2 year old has it. This office, has also told me my 4 month old did not need surgery or seemed worried about a hernia she had. I took her to chop after dr cooper recommended an ultrasound , they sent everything back to dr cooper and he never reached out to me to follow up with an ultrasound he recommended. She did need surgery and got it 4 days after the ultrasound. I’m over this doctors office, i will be finding my 3 daughters a new office in the near future"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited over an hour and 20 minutes for an appt before I asked the front desk how long it would be after seeing another family go back before me. Honestly ridiculous. It’s now almost 8 my son hasn’t had dinner it’s almost his bed time and we still haven’t been since. Wouldn’t recommend if you want a practice who values your time."
