"This isn't a Quest Diagnostics location? This is Labcorp. I'm not sure why other reviews aren't pointing that out, unless both are in one place, but I had expected Quest and was shocked to find Labcorp. They were fine and did a nice job with my bloodwork itself. However, my results never made it to my doctor, so following up on that as I need to."

"Had an appointment scheduled by my employer and confirmation numbers and everything but they still didn’t take me at the time on the appointment. Made me wait over an hour for an appointment that was scheduled. Terrible experience not even the phone number on the website works. Never come here"

"Made a 7:15 appointment on 12/30 and was texted at 7:38....too bad I already left! Several walkins were taken before me...even one that arrived after me! The woman knew I had an appointment and was rude to me. She said I was next but took three people right in front of me that didn’t have appointments before I walked out. I tried calling the supervisor. No one is able to be contacted by phone. So the rude person doesn’t have to be accountable for her behavior. What a trashy disgusting place. At one point there were seven people in the waiting room and no where to go to obtain six feet distance. Has to be a COVID violation!!!!"

"Update: Went back this morning for more blood work. There were two very kind and quick people working there. I was in and out within 15 minutes, so I've added another star, as clearly the gap in service seemed to be a one-time thing. Dolly was super friendly, kind, and personable. I come to this Quest office fairly often. However, this morning was a complete nightmare. There was a full waiting room, and I didn't have an appointment. I expected to wait. There were two women working, so I figured I'd be out in about an hour or so. I was so wrong. The one woman got up and started criticizing the woman who was trying to work. Then, the same woman was berating her co-worker started complaining that she had an appointment at 11:00 and had to leave. At this point, I'd been there about 20 minutes, and not one new person had been called to the desk to get their blood work done...because one woman was working and the other was complaining. The complainer slipped and mentioned that she had to get to a job interview...in front of waiting room of about 9 or so people. Then, that woman, the one who berated the woman who was working/complaining that she had to leave, left. I was there for about 2 1/2 hours from arrival to when I finally left. The woman who was working there was super sweet and apologetic. Honestly, I felt badly for her because she was working as hard and as quickly as she could, but she was alone because this other woman literally got up and left for a job interview. I've been to this office so many times, and usually it's a quick in and out experience with kind people. However, with this experience, I am not feeling so positive any longer...not to mention, I was only there because I had to get my blood work re-done because the woman who did it 2 weeks ago used the wrong tubes...and yes, I was charged another co-pay for this visit, as well. So, I'm not feeling too great about them right now."
