"They do not check ID when people offer cards to pay for purchases. How I know that is this store on Lehigh Avenue? Did not check the ID of the pickpocket thief, who stole my kid’s wallet. I checked with their corporate, and they are supposed to ask for ID. They do not also answer phone during business hours."
"They took forever just to bring me a sneaker that didn't match the sneaker size i had. Just to have me standing there forever to come back and tell me they didn't have my size. I had to ask if they would order them for me. I was so irked. I could have told them 20 minutes before they didn't have them. Then asked if i wanted a 7 and a 7.5 why tf would i want 2 different size shoes. Make it make sense."
