"The work preformed by Clear Factor was, in no way, "Roof cleaning". They sprayed bleach on the roofs and left mother nature to actually remove anything. $1400 for a brief application seems unreasonably high. I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Edit: I had several email exchanges with the owner, including pictures of what I was dissatisfied with. In the end, he scheduled another visit to clean the roof with a combination of brushes and pressure washing. They spent well over double the time they had on the first visit and the results are very good, matching the quality shown on their web site. While I don't think it should have taken the extra communication, I now feel that Clear Factor can produce quality results."

"They arrived on schedule to clean our windows, including many roof windows. We were very happy with the work their crew did. They us check to make sure all windows were clean to our satisfaction and were very accommodating about redoing several. However, I was embarrassed that most of what I thought were spots they missed were dirt on the inside. With that in mind, I would recommend customers clean their windows inside before the crew comes to reduce the number of unnecessary "do-overs." They have also followed up to say let them know if anything didn't go as we would have hoped, and they will make it right."
