"I have had to call Ace Northeast Appliance numerous times over the past 3 years. My Frigidaire refrigerator had ice maker issues at least once a year since I purchased it 6 years ago.The first 3 times a different repair service was sent. They weren’t able to resolve the issue. Then I received a call from Barbara to schedule an appointment for Greg to come look at it. When he arrived, he was able to pinpoint the problems with the ice maker right away. He ordered the parts and came back and repaired the issues..2 of the new ice makers malfunctioned in less than a year. The third time Greg replaced it, it has worked perfectly- In August of this year, my Frigidaire gas range stopped working. 3 different codes came up on the display and no heat to the oven. I called the warranty company and filed a claim. Barbara contacted me and set up an appointment with Greg. When he arrived, he had already had new parts with him and the problem was fixed quickly. The times that I spoke with Barbara, she was very friendly, very patient, and very professional. Greg always called the day before the repair date just to confirm the time. When he arrived at my house, he always came in with a smile on his face and a positive attitude. His knowledge of the problems with appliances is very impressive.
