"We have worked with Jeffrey on a number of projects around our old house and we highly recommend him. He is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He arrives when he says he will and he keeps us informed of his progress as he goes along. His prices are reasonable. He's great at prioritizing, and when he finds something unexpected mid-project (easy to happen in an old house) he discusses it with you immediately to determine the appropriate new course of action. He has appropriate suggestions for ways to accomplish a project, but is open to questions and suggestions. He's also excellent at research when we throw an odd project at him. For budget reasons we need to spread out our projects a bit and he is very patient with us on that. He also doesn't mind that some of our jobs are small ones. So far he has done three different jobs for us and we could not be happier with the results of each. We definitely recommend him to other neighbors with projects to be accomplished."
