"This is the first time I have left a negative comment in my life. but it was truly the worst customer experience I have had. Let me explain, when I pay for my shoes at the checkout, the saleswoman's computer turns off. However, the EPT was working and my payment went through. I tell her on my banking application that everything is good but she refuses to leave me the shoes that I had just bought and asks me to pay again, telling me that that same afternoon everything would be sorted. I decide to trust him and pay again. After that I had no news, I paid two for my pair of shoes and I had to go to the store again 3 days later to ask for a refund which I did not get! the saleswoman was absolutely not commercial, unheard of. no solution was found and no commercial gesture was offered to me! I had to talk to my lawyer to find a solution, which is absolutely not normal! If I have any advice to give you, don't trust this store and its sellers."
