"store a zero. What is wrong with your customer service. No acknowledges when we walked in and you had two employees standing in the front soo engaged in their own conversation. Woman employee staring but didn’t greet and on her cell phone. no one say can I help you. I won't be spending my money there not in King of Prussia. All the staff is rude! All need customer service training! I think you need customers to feel comfortable walking in the store with a friendly Hi and How can I help you?"
