"Not a good experience people in the store shopping are really really rude an older woman who was in there with her teen daughter was angry that the store employee took me in line before her even though the lines in the store make no sense at all I only had one item to buy she made it clear she was angry when I left the store I heard the mom talking to her daughter about me I could tell she was really angry but lady I had one item to buy her daughter wanted everything in the store and the daughter had no money I was real close to saying something to the mom with botox but I let it go because I was a lot younger than her and it was weird this woman wanted drama and the employee could of easily just said hey she has 1 item I'll just be a second I'll get to you next but no I got this mom staring at me giving me the death stare even after I left the store ,the employee never said a word to the rude mom about how she acted in the store she should of been kicked out it made me uncomfortable she was like 65 years old"

"Compared to many other stores in the KOP Mall, the employees here are very friendly and helpful as well. They have a wide varity of products, some are pricey, and some are just flat out bargains. You need to dig to find those treasures. Overall, had a great shopping experience and great job staff! The majority of store employees at KOP can learn a thing or two from you."

"The customer service in this store is HORRIBLE! The manager on duty refused to open the fitting room because they were "short staffed". She was standing at the register doing absolutely nothing. I witnessed a customer leave without making a purchase because they refused to open the fitting room doors. It's impossible to contact the store manager. The staff does not care about customer service or sales. If you want bad customer service and attitudes when you asked for assistance this is the place to shop."

"I enjoy shopping here, and this is where I get most of my jeans. The employees who work here are so friendly and helpful. They always make sure I get the right size in the styles I need. Their point system is also great and make sure to sign up for their store credit card to save even more money! Great value for the price! I highly recommend this store!"
