The job was challenging since they had to come up with a bracket solution for the boxes that I had already with no hardware. "Went in to get some side steps purchased and installed. Found that they carried Ranch Hand which are durable for my size. Guys did a great job on installation. Saves my hip stepping up a bit and my wife can easily climb up and get in. Next up-Grille Guard."

"I could not ask more from the guys at American Truck. Frank, walked me through the process of ordering the parts I needed, explaining what would be best for my Jeep. He didn't try to upsell me, just offered advice which product would be the best in the long run. Then I worked with Marvin, ordering all the parts I needed. To no fault of American Truck, between items being on back order or the supply chain I had to make changes to the order. Each time Marvin explained the difference in parts, offered advice on what would look good. Finally, they were able to install the wheels, tires, and lift kit, even explaining a modification that would be beneficial in the long run. When I picked my Jeep up, I was surprised, it actually looked better than I though it would. I could not be happier, I cannot wait to take her out on the trails. I cannot recommend American Truck more, they do amazing work!"

"Had some issues with a body lift install on my Ram 1500 truck, but American Truck Center apologized and said they're willing to do whatever it takes to make it right. I'll update this review again when everything is squared away. UPDATE: This place is a POS.... they never replaced the Rocky Ridge emblems that had to be removed to repaint the tailgater...even though Frank the owner said they would. And, I fixed most of their screw-ups...I wouldn't EVER have them touch my truck again. Since then, Freddy, the manager no longer works there. What a mess this place is. Had a HORRIBLE experience for what should have been an easy job for them...It was only a body lift install. Not worth the headache and lies... STAY AWAY!"
