"The office staff doesn't provide you with information you need to succeed. First red flag was that they tell you not to report something you believe should be reported. Once things go down hill, they begin to ignore you and don't provide you with things you need until you mention contacting the compliance hotline to get what you need. During hire and orientation the company sounded great, after hire I knew it was definitely a mistake. The ball was dropped multiple times and no one even as much as apologized or took the time to say yeah, we probably should have prepared you as a new employee better. Pay is also significantly lower than most home health agencys in the area."

"I have worked for Bayada Pediatrics for over almost 3 years now. I have worked at numerous places from hospitals to nursing homes but Bayada is truly my favorite. The schedulers always considerate with your needs getting a schedule that works the best for you. My clinical manager is always on point taking my calls even on her days off to answer my questions. The offer training to prepare for cases. I really like the three day orientation into a clients home to help you get adjusted and comfortable. Working with children is probably the biggest perk. :)"
