But over the last few years since Justin took over the shop the service has as been exceptional. I have 11 daughters all with cars and all come only to the Front Street location for all our service. "Had an incredible experience in this location. I had an emergency with broken tire studs, traveling with family & had to tow my car to the Mavis service centre. It was late in the evening and during the holiday season. Cheston (the store manager, hope I have your spelling correct?!) at once attended to the repair personally. He also unmounted all the other tires and ensured everything was correct and safe to drive. He & his staff went out of the way, took for a test spin post the repair and made sure we were comfortable. AND the best part - he refused to take any money for the repair, noticing and acknowledging we were in a stressful situation with car breaking down mid-journey during the holidays. Cheston is a gem of a person and Mavis is lucky to have him. This is certainly an experience my family will remember that ended on a happy note. I would rate 10 stars if I could. They did everything very professionally and also provided valuable advice. They care about what they do and how they do it.
