"This place will charge you $125 for a battery replacement and will charge $75 even if it doesn’t solve the problem for “labor”. I went to 607 Tech Solutions and she told me no charge if the new battery didn’t turn the phone on. The new battery did work and she charged a total of $80. Not only that but it was done in 15 minutes! So CPR wanted charge me $75 for 15 minutes of work if the battery were not to work and if it did work it was $45 more than they charge at 607 Tech Solutions."

"I recently took my laptop to be repaired here for the second time for the same issue. The rep (Caleb Howland) that attended to me was rude and brash. Nevertheless, I overlooked it still gave the shop a chance to fix the problem with my laptop — he said he’ll get back to me the next day, with at least a diagnosis. After waiting for 4 days without a response, I asked for my laptop back because I needed it for work. They still had not done anything and couldn’t even provide a diagnosis of the problem, yet they insisted on charging me for diagnosis. Awful customer care and professionalism. I won’t be going back here."

The employees were very kind, very helpful, and kept me updated once I handed over my system. The PS3 was beyond repair, but it had been sitting broken on a shelf for three years, so none of the blame for that falls on CPR, they did everything they could to try. 10/10, would return if any other system breaks down in the future"

That was important to know in advance since I drove an hour to have CPR do this important work. Jake was incredibly helpful and considerate.
