"I been thinking about this all week about my 23yr old daughter's appointment on Monday 11/06/23 with Dr.Resiner and her results he was to explain to her from a biopsy she had done the prior week at the same bulding.First he had a male student in the room and didn't even ask my daughter for permission or if we feel comfortable with him being in the room the whole time.And the way he spoke to us about her results as if it was NO BIG DEAL and he didn't understand why the ultra sound and mammogram Techs said she need to have her biopsy done to check for any cancer.He is telling her in such a inconsiderate way that this is normal for you to have breast pain like this and SMALL densed tissue in the breast and you can just take motrin for pain and some vitamins to help for the future.I wanted to tell this man off but I could see in my daughter's face she wanted to cry because he made her feel like she was there for no good reason and I wanted her to be happy that her results came out good!!Doctors that speak to patients like that could really make them not want to get checked when they feel pain or something wrong or different with there body and that is wrong!I hope that student he was training or showing off for does NOT treat his future patients like he did and does a better job in giving results good or bad ones!! Shewww all the money we spent in that hospital for test and follow ups should show him that she cares enough about herself to be safe and he should as well!! I had to reassure her when we walked out that office that this was good we did this and you was and still are in pain and if something happens in the future they will see in her records she came to get checked and things will go smoothly just so she can feel good about this whole situation because the first thing she said is I feel like I did all this for nothing!"
