"Stay away! Please read. I would definitely not recommend going here for anything. For three years now, every time I call to make an appointment they put me on hold for over an hour and no one picks up. I waited over three hours on the phone, while I worked on other things and no one answered, so they do not staff their phone. Whenever I attempt to schedule an appointment over their mypenn medicine website, I do not hear anything back from them, either to my appointment request or my follow up messages weeks after regarding my appointment request. When I go into their office in order to schedule appointments, they tell me they can not schedule appointments inside the office and that I must call or use their website to make an appointment. They make it entirely impossible to schedule an appointment with them! Definitely avoid! They should not provide a phone number if they do not intend to staff it, they should not instruct patients to use a website they do not plan on responding to them on and they should not be adamant patients call or message them on their website when they refuse to use them. It makes no sense! Don't waste your time. They don't care about their patients at all."
