Reviews of Subway
"I have no qualms with Subway. I've been to two relatively recently. But the whole freshly sliced thing is a scam. Has anyone seen them freshly slicing anything? Sub shops I've been in that DO slice the meat and then use it to make a sandwich. Meat is already in bins and has been sliced maybe that AM. Fresh in that it no longer is shipped to store sliced? (And those people got laid off?) That's an awfully clean slicer behind the counter if they have been slicing meat any time recently. This one, the hourly people that work there are excellent and friendly. No problems there!!!"
"The blonde girl was sitting in the back eating when we got there. Had to wait to get served even though I was in the same order as the other two sandwiches that were getting made by her. She didn’t even acknowledge that I wanted a sandwich or that I was with the order. Legit had to have the other lady come over and help me because I was looking annoyed. The owner is nice but this is the second time being let down at the same location without the owner being there. My sandwich was toasted and it wasn’t even warm whatsoever. If I wanted a cold sandwich I wouldn’t have gotten it toasted."
"Wife ordered sandwich online. No sandwich upon arrival. They told her she didn't place an order, even though she had the receipt. I went there myself and demanded the sandwiches or a refund, else I'll call the police. Girl called manager. They first said we didn't place an order. Then they found the order and some one else's 45 minutes after. The story then changed to be some one stole it, yet there were no customers in-between. They refused to give me a refund. After threatening again that I will call the police because they are stealing from me, I got the sandwiches. Never again."
"Not fresh maybe not even cheap as in price wise . All things considered your much better going to a locally own shop literally in walking distance . There's subs at other places near by an there a million times better... Ask this if there food is so fresh where is the meat slicer ? Also your not supporting small business locally-owned places by going to subway. Vote for quality with your hard earned cash an invest that in your local area where you will see the results much more then supporting big business Note big business cares not about quality nor anything besides the bottom dollar"
"I just ordered a footlong meatball, the meatballs were super cold. The girl try to tell me that the pot supposed b warm at all the time. She lied, when I told her let me try the sauce, was cold I was right. I had asked her to give me two free cookies and she told me she couldn’t do that. I felt I got rip off when I did ate the sub, but it was cold and didn’t taste like other times.is he called the manager, she said I wanted two free cookies. Like if I was a little girl. I wanted the full refund since she lied, but at the end I said forgetter. I left with 2free cookies, but disappointed. Why they will serve cold meatballs????!!"
