"Sometimes it's not about the amount charged, it's about the quality of the product and the ability to respect customers. This isn't the first time this has happened at McDonald's and this explains why so many stores close throughout the year. A spit of sauce and half-eaten slices of cheese sum up my disappointment. If someone decides to live the experience of a competitive market, work decently."
"Stopped in this morning since we have no power and it is obvious that they have some of the stupidest people who work there. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a biscuit. A sausage mcgriddle for a coworker and two hash browns. When I got to work I noticed that they didn't give me the hash browns and the biscuit was sausage which I don't like hence the reason I ordered a bacon one. And there is no Mcgriddle they gave a sausage on an english muffin. I haven't been to a McDonalds in probably 15 years and this is the reason why. They mess up orders."
"A 20 plus dollar order was given to a car in front of me. Great thing I asked for the receipt. Then had to enter the restaurant twice. Once to collect my food and once to get the rest of my meal. Seems someone forgot how to train for the drive thru. A very high quantity of cars traverse this drive thru. Do not know how many are mistakes or misses."
