Not only did I lose my breast and going through a devastating time but I was ignore so was not properly cared for and would NEVER recommend this doctor to my worse enemies. I am not going to post the details of what I experienced but it was absolutely horrible how I was cared for."

"So far not happy with their office. I've called twice and filled out an online request for urgent appointment. I've not received any response at all in over a week now. So if you MAY have breast cancer don't count on this office to treat you as a priority case. I even called LHVN Central Scheduling and they tried calling Dr Botts office and they were told to put me in their voicemail Still no reply. . There's really is no justifiable excuse for this....you go 5mins across the bridge into NJ and can get an appointment in 5 days time and calls are always returned. This is disappointing here, especially with her office being AT the cancer center. The way they are, if you have something suspicious, by the time they get to you there's a very good chance you'll be in a more compromised position health wise. Very sad and negligible. Be warned"
