"Very poor customer service. We're moving our policies to another agency asap. We had a wonderful agent with World Insurance for over 50 years, then she retired. Since then, the service has been terrible. There was no communication about who replaced her and we get bounced around in their phone system. No call backs and when we do get someone, they say they will call right back and don't follow through. Still waiting for answers on why our premiums jumped astronomically. Very frustrated with this agency. Do not recommend."
