I called to inquire about a diagnostic assessment due to some issues detected after work at another shop (lift, wheels, tires). Jay was able to get me in same day and walked me through each and every issue they found with the vehicle (all connected to work done and consistent with concerns/complaints that I had). They got all of the work done same day and all of the complaints that I had are resolved. They encouraged me to call if I noticed any changes or had ANY concerns These guys are thorough, obviously knowledgeable/expert, and genuinely about customer service and satisfaction. Not only will I go back to this shop for anything performance or lift/modifications-related, I'll be a regular customer for ANYTHING my car needs that they do there. Hats off to these guys!"
