"Their Service department is excellent! Nowhere else in the valley was I able to get such quick and reliable service. They did a recall repair and another separate service, replaced a warranty item. They were able to schedule both and get it done in a very short time. The other dealerships service departments in the area can't carry these guy's lunch box. Great job guys! Keep it up! "So, I would like to say that the staff and atmosphere is polite and friendly. I have zero issue with the staff. What I do have issue with is trying to purchase a vehicle, particularly trading in my current one. They wanted to give me $500 for my vehicle! Due mostly to some minor rust on the back right side, and minor issues with other parts. Everything else I can understand (Age of car, miles, minor cosmetic damage), but what they were focused on was the minor mechanical issues and the rust. I priced the repairs at several repair shop, average cost to fix the issues was $300 - $400, even less than what they were giving me. I was told that due to the trade in value and the limitation of how much I could pay monthly it would be "Impossible to find a vehicle" to purchase. Staff were nice, but were unable to do anything because of what their system was offering. They kept defending their decision while informing me of costs to have it sellable would be roughly 2k - 2.5k. Grossly larger than the actual cost. tldr; do not buy from here, unless you have substantial amount of money and can afford car payments equal to 3/4 of what you would pay in rent!."

"Straub Ford is the quintessential car dealership people hope to work with when buying a new car. Just phenomenal!! They were super chill when we first went there and throughout the process. There were no awkward sales pitches, untruthful talking up on the vehicles, they were so very respectful and not pushy at all! They made sure I was 100% happy with my new car and I certainly am! I wish I was better at remembering names so I could thank all the wonderful gentlemen that helped me so much... I guess I'll just call them Mr. Fantastic, Mr. Awesome, Mr. Incredible, and Mr. Amazing! Thanks so much guys!!!
