"I had a trans done some years ago here and I swore they swapped it with a junk yard one. I thought maybe needed broke in and it never got better but lasted some yrs down road tho. Had a friend go here n was a terrible experience aswell do not recommend there's plenty of good rebuild shops that would do better."
"Took my car in yesterday to drop it off due to my shift selonoid being faulty. Brad called me today to let me know that the car would be done today and that I can pick it up tomorrow. He was very professional and called me promptly to let me know what was going on. I will be taking my car there for my transmission needs. Thank you Brad and staff.. You are deeply appreciated."
"This is the worst place ever I strongly recommend not taking your vehicle here even if it breaks down at this place push it or have it towed somewhere else!!! I needed a new transmission in my truck told them what caused the other one to go out it was 4 months later and they said it would cost me $1860 for a transmission that had 160000 miles on it.. I found my own transmission that had 54000 miles on it for $895.00 bought it. They installed it and still charged me $2300.00! It is now 5 days later they didn’t fix the original problem that I had indeed informed them of what made the other one go out, now I’m having to buy another transmission to fix my truck again, and they still won’t listen to what caused the original one to go out."
"Tried explaining to “Brad” that I work a very minimum job that I cannot afford to pay $2,000 within a 2 weeks time. I would have to save up or get a loan which is completely out of the picture now. He calls me when I’m sleeping, when I’m at work and almost every other day trying to get some info about it which I’ve given him at least twice now. I told him I’ll call him back I’m very busy right now because I was at work. Called him back when I got time and he started cussing me out and cursing at me. I will never go here again. Continued to call me from his personal cell phone and cussed me out again! I understand the circumstances but seriously? I’m just trying to help somebody out but it takes me a little more time. Not everyone gets paid big bucks of money like Mr. Brad. Sorry bro. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy."
"Great experience, well maintained, service was very prompt, even when questions were asked all details were covered. Sometimes you go to a lot of mechanics and they do not even give you the time of day to even explain what is going on with your own vehicle. Brad and Fort Henry are the place to go when you have transmission problems. I do not know this family and this was the first time I have ever heard of them. Excellent work and would recommend this company to everyone!"
