"Had to go to the Walmart at the Highlands. The one in Moundsville with female clerk and purple hair did not even want to talk to me or the other two customers. After 30 minutes the two customers and me all walked out."

"Three trips back and my car still has issues from getting four new tires. Lots of money wasted each time I gave this place a chance. I will wait weeks for that apt next time elsewhere before coming to this tire center. 2 stars for the workers who actually try and are kind"

"Terrible, wanted headlights polished (cleaned) and left my car at 10AM and went to pick it up at 3PM and it was never touched after they told me it would be at 3PM. I went to another shop and it was done immediately (took 30 minutes) and they matched Walmart price. Called to get tires 2 weeks ago, called 3 times with no answer at any time, spent $805.00 at another local tire shop. Your store in Moundsville WV is the worst automotive store I have ever tried to deal with, NEVER AGAIN!"

"Purchased tires for my girlfriend who had too tires blow while up for two family members that passed. I'm 9 hours away have a hard time about picking them up, then refused to mount them and left her abandoned over an hour from away in the middle of nowhere she's 19... Way to leave a 19 year old girl abandoned in the middle of nowhere"

"I arrived at the auto center at 4:50 pm, my vehicle was next to be serviced. I watched the female employee who had checked in the previous vehicle walk around aimlessly while avoiding two customers and myself. After 30 minutes of this, I spoke up and told the employee I was there for an oil change. This was now 5:20. They had one truck in bay one. She (shorter lady with red hair and glasses) then says sir we close at 6 pm we arent taking any more appointments. It does not take 40 minutes to change oil. This is pure laziness and just plain ridiculous."
