"I have given this particular DD several chances because I drive by it many mornings. I thought of the expression Strike three your out. Three times now they can’t seem to get a coffee order correct. If they had any customer service skills they would listen to their customers orders and fill them accordingly. I went in this morning to get a coffee and doughnut. Upon arrival at 5:30 in the morning there were two people on. I approached the counter and no one came. I quickly realized there is a screen you have to type your order into and pay. The screen isn’t friendly to use so it took more time than it would have to just take my order I finished my order, paid and went to the pickup area. I stood there for 5 minutes and the two people that were on continued to take care of the drive up and in my opinion ignored my order. Finally I saw a gentleman and said would there be someone to take care of my order and the response floored me. “We know your here”. He got my coffee and put it on the counter and I said I have a doughnut also. He gave a look and turned around and went and got my item. At no time was there a welcome to DD or thank you for coming in or even I am sorry for the wait. A cup or coffee and a doughnut took 15 minutes to get. This should have easily been a 5 minute transaction. I started by saying I had gone here several other times and the visits were no different When I got into my car the best end to this visit was my coffee was black no cream and no sugar which I asked for and the wrong doughnut. I believe this is the worst DD in my area and I can assure you I won’t go there again. I went to another DD up the road and was greeted nicely and I told them my story and they gave me another coffee and doughnut at no charge. I love DD and have great experiences in many of them but this branch is not worth stopping at. Pass right by if you’re considering stopping."

"took forever to come to the drive thru, girl who took the order at the drive thru didn’t even know what she was making, messed up the whole order had to come inside to get the stuff missed things the food and drinks were cold after i watched them make it. hot chocolate was luke warm milk with small chunks of chocolate floating around. also didn’t tell me the total or give me my change."

"Abysmal experience. First and last time coming here. Mobile ordered 2 coffees, 1 order mini stuffed bagels and 1 egg and cheese wrap. The coffees were prepared quickly. The other 2 orders sadly were not. There were 2 other customers before me waiting for 2 bagels with cream cheese. I think I got my order before them. Unfortunately neither the wrap or bagels were edible. The bagel had a chemical smell. The wrap was burnt. Sad because the people working here are courteous and pleasant."
