"We had a backyard wedding this October (2023) at our family's home in Lawrenceville, NJ. When we were searching for caterers we just knew we wanted something special, as food is truly a love language for us. We also knew we wanted a meticulously curated menu and a small, dedicated team to help us carry it out. Vidalia is a restaurant near and dear to our hearts as we've spent many summer nights walking to this adorable little spot, and making memories with friends and family over good food and wine. When we met with Sal to discuss the idea of him and his team catering our 100-person backyard wedding, he didn't hesitate for a moment. Sal was an integral member of our team and he not only worked with me over the course of a year to meticulously curate the most incredible menu for our day, he also hand-selected his most trustworthy and dedicated staff to execute this vision. Sal and his staff were professional, personable and attentive to every detail. The food was outstanding; So much so that my guests are still raving about it. Most of which even went as far as to say it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. I could not have asked for a better catering service than the Vidalia team and Sal. Contract with them for your next event, or just go enjoy a nice dinner at their special little spot, you will not be disappointed."

"If you ask me other Italian restaurants should really be taking lessons from these folks. Everything from the atmosphere which is just so welcoming to their unbelievable dishes and for what you get very reasonable prices. Both indoor and outdoor seating is available which is very nice depending on the season. We love that this place is sort of off the beaten path on a side road because it ties into the whole theme of this tiny eatery that packs a big punch in the tummy. Great business and great contribution to the community. Highly recommend!"
