"Had a great time at lunch with my good friend Tim Cummings at the Cheesecake Factory Quakerbridge Mall. He learned all about @GomoEdS. We both had really tasty meals. I had the Jamaican pepper chicken and shrimp followed by the pineapple upside down cheesecake for the first time. He ate the Louisiana chicken pasta for the first time. Our server was extremely polite, courteous and patient."

"Our waiter was slow and rarely came to check on us. Then there was some emergency happening in the kitchen as their was an ambulance and first responders there. Food was excellent!! Everything we ordered we loved! Update: 1.12.24 we came in for a pick up order of cheesecake and had a positive customer service experience with the staff being helpful and getting us the items we selected in a timely and accurate response. Atmosphere: this visit the bathrooms really needed some care. Two stalls were out of toilet paper and the toilet covers stored in the stall wall were shredded. No one could use them because they couldn't get them out of the holder."

"Surprised it was so empty when i areived with my family.we were seated immediately. The place has a nice inviting atmosphere. Service was ok. Food was good and came out in a decent timing."

"Went there for my bday with 3 other people . Restaurant wasnt crowded. Service was very slow. Took 15 minutes after being seated before the server came over . Took another 15 minutes to get water . Alcohol drinks Took another 10 minutes. Had to ask the hostess to find our server to get us bread. Food came out for 2 out of 4 of us. Took another 10 minutes for the rest of our food. Everything was cold. Very disappointed ! Only part of experience that was uneventful was my cheesecake . It was delicious. Considering how long it took to get our food and drinks , we spent almost 2 hrs there. Staff actually asked us if they could clear the table while we were still sitting there finishing our drinks. They swooped in like vultures as soon as we got up to clean the table. I wish the wait staff was that fast!!"

"Most food is delicious! I have never been disappointed with any option from their menu, big portions. They always crowded. You need to have really early dinner to get a table and to get good service."
