"First let me start by saying Camp out Inc is the absolute best!!!! If I could give more stars I would. The folks here are professional, friendly, and more then willing to work with you for all your needs. I must have done several changes and re works before settling on what I wanted. I got a lovely woman named Nicole who helped me out every step of the way she did many changes and quotes and was super nice to let me look around and come out with me and go over the trailer details. The best part was at there Asbury location which is closer she pulled the mechanics on the phone to answer all my questions and concerns before doing the work. Those guys were also very knowledgeable and kind. I really don't get these negative reviews at all because my experience was incredible! The best part was and get ready for this a free hair cut from an amazing, nice, and extremely skilled stylist! If your looking for quality work and very fair pricing for all your trailer or truck cap needs these are the people to come see. The bonuses you get is a family owned business', top notch work, and it leaves you feeling satisfied. "Customer service is NON-EXISTENT at CampOut. The inbreds working there acted like I (the customer) was not even there. No introductions, no "Hey, how are you?", NOTHING. I really don't know how this place stays open. The management, employees, mechanics, are all related and look like they are fresh out of the movie "Texas Chainsaw Massacre". If i could give 0 Stars i would."

"I rented an 8×14 v nose trailer for my 2022 Daytona Bike Week trip, and I must say Nicky and Kathy were very helpful and patient from the very beginning. The NEW trailer was set up with E Track and they provided everything necessary for my trip. I highly recommend them and I plan to return to purchase my new trailer from them. "If I could give zero stars, I would. In the past we have rented trailers for car transport. Every time it was an issue but in the end we were able to get the trailer. But it took numerous calls on our part. This year, the woman answering the phone kept telling us she would call us back. We kept calling up to the day before we needed the trailer. When I called she told me she would go out to the yard and check, then call me back. Never heard from her. HORRIBLE customer service and a basic “not give a shit” attitude. Will never ever use this company and will tell everyone to avoid them at all costs. We finally purchased a trailer from a reputable, customer service oriented company"

"Stay away from this place. Bought a hitch from them and had them do the installation. They did a terrible job wiring the lights and left the wire hanging down subsequently causing my brake light sensor to blow leaving me stranded (the car wouldn’t allow shifting out of park). Sent over a statement from the dealership that their wiring was responsible for the issue, nothing."
