"Staff are unfriendly and not helpful. When ordering a salted caramel cold brew they gave us plain cold brew with whipped cream no salted caramel stuff and told us they don’t carry it anymore. We get it at all the other Dunkin’s around. I feel like if they didn’t have that item they could have told us that at the time of ordering our drinks."
"The drinks are almost always great, the only complaint I have is that so often the lids aren’t on right and it’ll cause drinks to spill everywhere. Sometimes the lids seem stretched out and even if you try to fix it, it won’t sit right on the cup. This isn’t really Dunkin’s fault though, just whoever makes their cups/lids."
