"You lost our business before we even ordered. We came here for the first time looking to have a nice dinner. The two space cadets you have running your dining room don’t acknowledge the customers. They seat you and forget about you. People walk in after you and they take their order first. I also witnessed the one waitress finger touch someone’s food while it was on the counter to see if it was hot. We decided to leave. I’ll stick to the other 50 pizzerias in Newton, maybe we can close this one down."
"Called there last night to order a Stromboli. Asked the girl on the phone how much it would be she said $10.00 something. I said no, I did not want the personal one but the large, family size one to bring to a party for an appetize. She seemed confused. Mike the owner got on the phone & asked did I want a Party Stromboli? I said I want a Large Stromboli to share as an appetizer at a party. When I got there I was told it was $53.00 !! And change! That's right! $ 53.00 & change!! I thought I was hearing things! There it was in the regular size pizza box !!! The girl said prices had recently gone up. I said, what Double? I paid for it & left. Only because I didn't want to walk into the party empty handed. Never again!! And by the way? It was mostly dough, very little meat or cheese!!!? If I could give zero stars I would??"
"I had THE BEST! "GRANDMA'S PIE" here it was so delicious and you can really the spices along with the tomatoe and cheese. Great job Villa Capri! P. S. Please forgive me for posting the flier."
"I went in tonight to order a couple Strombolis. I asked the girl behind the counter what type they were. She said pepperoni and meat Stromboli. She was very annoyed like I was bothering her. I told her I would like 2 of the meat Stromboli. She grabbed foil and took the pizza cutter and cut one all the way through to see what it was. Wrapped them in foil one upside down. Not only was it bad service. But look at the picture of my Stromboli. No meat and all bread. Very disappointed. Go to Dominic's or Pizza One!"
"Chose to order here tonight instead of our usual place thinking it'd be a nice change. It was a huge disappointment the pizza looked like no effort was put into it at all and was..soggy? The grilled chicken was so burnt.. and we found hair in the pizza (we know didn't belong to us). Never again. Edited to add I didn't even want to give 1 star but I had to in order to post my review."
