Tropical Smoothie Cafe

"The food was delicious! But... WHY THE HELL IS IT SO COLD IN THERE! It's 34° outside, but inside the cafe it feels like 40°. Not a comfortable environment to eat. I had the hummus wrap with chicken and it was awesome! I sat in the car and watched these men bust out those orders one after the other."

"Manager was helpful, but it seemed that a lot of work was left to one employee while the manager chatted a ton with another employee. Wait time over 20 minutes for a smoothie, and a wrap."

"Customer is terrible guy with dreads had an attitude before I walked then got mad because I wanted to look at the menu. (First time here). I order the detox smoothie which supposed to be naturally sweet but taste like nothing but ginger, I asked could I get more fruit and es told It would be an additional charge. All in thumbs down wouldn't go here again!"

"I would like to say I was very aggravated the store manager named Marc. As soon I walked in the store, it had an odor in the early morning on 12/21/23 .the store manager named Marc was very rude to me as a customer as I asked him to remake the smoothie after he made smoothie in the peanut butter blender, not knowing the fact I’m allergic to peanuts I kindly addressed him the fact, but he was stubborn and lacked the understanding the importance of someone’s health . This is definitely not a place I would recommend for a satisfying smoothie experience."

"Horrible service, horrible food. I placed an order online, came to pick it up and was only handed the Flatbread sandwich with the side of sweet potatoes. I had to ask for my other 2 sides (jalapeño corn and cookie) and I had to ask for my smoothie that was sitting on the counter behind them. I barely got any sweet potatoes (as shown in photo)."
