"I've been here before a few times back as a student, but it looks like they changed a lot, in a good way. I think their pho is great for a wintery day. It's a little mild compared to some other broths in other places, but in ucity, it's a godsend. It definitely hits the spot in a warm, comforting way. I wish we had more pho options, but I'm more than happy with this location. I'll be back to try more of their other dishes and options."

"I had take out pho with brisket. The broth was tasty. I didn’t add the brisket because it was gray. Also had iced carrot drink that was delicious."

"We are usually warned: if the menu is too large - the food quality is not good. Their menu is the size of a novel! We ordered a soup and a main dish each for our party of three. The main dishes came hot and sizzling within 5 minutes. But we had to remind the servers about our soups several times. When they finally came, our main dishes were cold. The soups were undercooked. They had super hot, microwaved broth/water with raw vegetables. There was no flavor at all. There was also no apology for the obvious mishap of the server. “Your order is in the system” - we were told. We noticed a few other customers raising their concerns about their food not being delivered. It was a mess and not worth it."

"Let me tell you those fried shrimp & pork spring rolls are amazing. I had to ask for 2 orders to go. I ordered brisket, flank, sirloin with extra noodles. I also ordered extra meat & extra noodles to go. Everything was super hot &fresh. The customer service is phenomenal too. Plus if you dine in they’ll serve you these lil cute coconut jello cups. Definitely my fav Pho & fried spring roll place in Philly. Parking was also easy."
