"Not exactly sure how the stars are rated but be careful when it comes to your warranty with that store. I purchased a battery Duralast Platinum battery for 335.00 plus tax and was told I had a warranty on the battery. Auto one took my phone number and registered my warranty under someone else. My battery needs to be replaced and upon attempting to activate my warranty this theft was discovered. I have my receipt and proof of payment and they told me there is nothing they can do. The representative said to me to condenscendly asked me to come in and so they can replaces the battery at my expense. They were laughing at me. I informed him I informed him I have no choice but to take that loss and I will have to replace my battery, I will not be replacing my battery with them. He said you mind as well come here you have to have your battery replaced anyway. I asked to speak to management I was told she will say the same thing. In other words I will be treated exactly how he is treating me. I will send my proof of purchase to their corporate office However, I have a feeling Autozone will end up in some sort of class action suite for their unethical business practices. Be cautious when dealing with that franchise."
