"I was trying to get my speakers calibrated but the person I was dealing with(Chris Barnhart) gave me a price that was different than what a friend of mine who had more work done than me. Customers beware ! World Wide Stereo has the high rate prices for the people who live in the suburbs. Chris gave two different prices for almost the identical service. Seems to me World Wide tries to see how much money the can get out of you. I will not be returning because I do not trust Chris and how he does business. In response to your answer: When I called Chris I asked him about a setting on my receiver which I purchased from World Wide. It was about 2 minutes of his time. My system is the same as my friends but yet Chris wanted to charge me full price after I asked for the same deal he gave my friend. If Chris does not want to go the extra mile for me after spending thousands of dollars at World Wide I will take my business elsewhere. I needed other things done but I feel that Chris is not willing work with me .If you guys want to win the fight and lose the war fine. You got two customers upset so I hope it was worth it. I do not like the smug attitude Chris gave me on the phone."

"I placed an order for speakers online. Admittedly, I ordered the wrong color and noticed my mistake immediately. There was no recourse online to modify or cancel my order. I emailed customer service, left a voicemail and received no response. I called and spoke with a rep who assured me she would help make the change to get me the correct speakers. I never heard back from her. Of course, the wrong speakers arrived a week later. Customer Service has still not responded to my initial messages. Business must be so good that they just don’t care about customer service. Lesson learned."
