"A gentleman in customer service assisted me and before buying the part I tried to show him the type of vehicle, vin and photo to make sure it was the correct part, the gentleman without looking at me in an unkind way replied "that's the one that works for you", I bought it and it turned out that this was not the part that corresponds to the type of vehicle that I had verbally specified, I had to return it and I did not even ask if they had the one that I really need. With employees like that, I only visit that business once and never come back, and I don't refer anyone as a customer either. The only thing I needed and still need is to find the right part for my vehicle, not a person doing his job in a lousy mood. I always showed myself respectful because he is rude but I am not, and we all have personal problems."

"A+ for customer service. But store closing hours are inconsistent. Friday online says 5pm but the door says 6pm, I arrived at 4:50pm the store was closed. Saturday online says 4pm but door says 3pm. The store was promptly open at correct time in the morning."
