"Good service from a few employees and great atmosphere. But the BIGGEST issue is that the outlet has no consistent timings. They would open whenever and close whenever. I usually walk to the place at like 11am to realize that the place has only drive thru till 12. For instance, today Google says it’s open till 7:30pm and the app says I can order in the store but the outlet is closed. It’s just NOT DEPENDABLE. Decrease the timings if that works better but this needs to become more predictable."

"I came in and there were a bunch of people sitting. I didn’t realize that all of them were waiting for the drink. After I waited for 20 plus minutes I asked the associate how many orders are they behind? They didn’t know. I had to run. I didn’t even ask for the refund because I HAD TO GO. There were 2 people there: one making drinks, another one taking orders and mopping."

"Definitely good coffee extremely rude employees. My coffee was 15min late. I asked two separate employees to lower the sound of the music as I had to take an urgent work meeting. I asked few times and they employees fake promise to lower the loud music until my meeting time. The music remain same and I literally couldn’t hear a thing in my meeting. I had to pick up my stuff and walk to my car to take the video meeting."

"The posted hours online, on the Google listing, on the paper sign taped to the location’s drive through menu, and hand-written on the drive through window (see attached photo) all indicate opening at 6AM on Sunday’s. I arrived at 6:13 today (Sunday) and not only was it not open, it was dark and empty and appeared to not be opening anytime soon. Please update your hours or if last minute staffing challenges occur, updating the on-site location information and Google listing would be helpful for your customers. For a large corporate-owned chain, this degree of poor service and communication is unacceptable."

"I like this Starbucks a lot! It's super cute and has a drive through. Inside, there are high chairs and tons of tables and seats and it's warm. It's a large Starbucks with enough parking. Friendly staff and quick service! Seriously, i can't think of a single thing wrong with this place. Perfect for working, studying or doing art!!"
