I bought an over the range microwave which needed replacement and the whole process was very smooth during the buying process as well as during the in home install process. On a side note- their store also has some really cool, unique and popular BBQ supplies (not just smokers, grills but also pellets, rubs and sauces) if you are interested. I was pleasantly e surprised at the variety of offerings in that department."
