"Local reviews and referrals didn't lie, service was quick and prices were reasonable. Shop local"
"Small business run by wonderful people who can fix ANYTHING!"
"I’ve never been treated so poorly when walking into a repair shop. The guy treated me like I was an idiot asking to get my vacuum repaired, then cursed at me as I was walking out. We will certainly never use this place again."
"Decided NOT to jump on Amazon and order another vacuum. I drove to Brenda’s and I am THRILLED I did!! Not only did She take the time to go over different options, she asked tons of questions to make sure I was getting my best vacuum for my home!! Never thought I was say I LOVE my vacuum. But I love my vacuum. Customer service above and beyond. Store stands behind its products"
"Hope you don't want your vacuum maintenanced AND cleaned. Brought my Dyson Stick vacuum for maintenance and cleaning (pet odor) today. The guy working there was surprised I wanted it cleaned, said "never heard of us washing them". When I said my wife had spoken with Brenda he began writing me up and then saw the bag of attachments. Asked what was in the bag I told him and he said "surely we're not going to wash all that". There were only 3 or 4. I asked what the point would be of washing just some of them so he called Brenda on speaker phone. He told her I was there with "every attachment under the sun". She was clearly annoyed with me too, griping to him on speaker and said maybe she'd look at it Wednesday. I picked up my stuff and left, it was clear they didn't want my business and were annoyed that I'd expect a vacuum repair shop to actually clean the product they work on. The whole thing was very strange and awkward. As I left he told Brenda to forget it that I'd changed my mind. It was actually them that changed my mind. I thought small businesses were struggling, but clearly not these folks...they're turning business away. Oh well, if anyone knows of a place that will maintenance AND clean the vacuum let me know."
