"We got several quotes for a mini-split heat pump with the new cold weather heating capabilities. Sure Temp had a competitive quote while offering the best brand in the industry, Mitsubishi. I had an excellent line of communication with them via e-mail. They had no problems working with our schedule even though the quote was three months apart from the install. The installers were polite, professional, and efficient with their work. They only needed about five hours to complete the install and have the system running. Now, the actual unit we purchased was an 18k BTU/hr Mitsubishi Mini-Split Hyper-Heat. The indoor & outdoor units are silent, even on max cooling. The indoor unit is smaller and less intrusive than we were prepared for which is a huge plus. The only thing we had to change in the settings was to turn off the motion tracking as the little eye made this faint noise that was distracting when it moved and the cooling would cease if we left the room. This unit easily cools our 1250sqft first floor which is all open. Lastly, see the attached pictures for the quality of work."
