McDonald's 167 Main Street, Binghamton, NY 13905

"I was there at 10:45 am on Feb 1st after placing a mobile order 10 min prior. When I arrived there were a few people waiting for orders. One individual was in line at a register and NEVER acknowledged by anyone. People behind the counter were all talking and "playing" around with each other. While waiting and never being acknowledged, three employees (Mgrs included) went outside and smoked right in front of the entrance. NOT ONE washed their hands or put on gloves before handing people's orders again! One employee acknowledged a young gentleman in front of 4-5 other people already waiting, saying that he was her brother. As a former Gen Mgr of full service restaurants in Manhattan, I found the staff's actions not only disturbing but very unsanitary as well. The whole shift should be terminated or a minimum of admonished, suspended, and retrained in customer service and professionalism!!!"

"One of the worst and poorly managed McDonald's in the area. The wait time is always long, especially for delivery drivers out there. Workers are half the time busy fooling around and not always professionals. But hey, this is what you wanted for $15+ hour. Can we raise the standards just a little bit? Thank you."

"Worst McDonald’s ever! Lady over the intercoms was rude. All my food was cold. Someone took a bite out of my hash brown, and my English muffin was burnt. Also they were serving drinks without any flavor."

"This place should be shut down. Would not go back if you paid me! On 10/24/23 we waited 35 minutes for our food after placing a drive thru order. Why are you still taking orders if you're so far behind? Would have left long before we got served but we paid $48 for food and they kept telling us it was "almost ready". Went inside to see what was going on and many of the workers were high or messed up on something. Food reeked of weed. We went here to avoid the well-known painfully slow McDonald's on front street. This one and some others in the Binghamton area should be shut down immediately. I understand there's a shortage of workers but if you can't keep the place going just close the doors already. It's a joke."

"They serve DEAD FLIES. The drive thru take 30+ minutes most of the time. Even ordering ahead on the mobile app is a half hour wait. The order is wrong every single time. Today we decided after being served LITERAL DEAD BUGS, we're pretty much done with that & every McD's. I don't expect perfection but the bare minimum isn't even being done."
