"Employees were busy talking to each other and moving slower then my grandma it took me over 15min to get my order and 2 door dash orders it was insane. I went 2 days in a row for door dash and it was the same way both days."

Actually thought they got the to go order correct for the first time ever even complimented the manager. until later when my daughter couldn't eat the burrito. So, somewhat disappointed."

"I’m just a traveler heading home in the middle of the night who loves Taco Bell, and it’s 2am on thanksgiving morning as I’m trying hella hard to make it back to my family after helping get a friend to his family for this holiday. I’m hungry and they are open, and refusing service just because I am not a delivery driver. The lady said, “if you are not picking up food for delivery, then I’m sorry we can not help you, happy thanksgiving.” :( so they will make food only for delivery drivers I guess. I felt this is very important for everyone else to know. The signs all over and online imply they are open until 2am for everyone. In the hours sign your can kinda see one employee. They are in there. My pictures were all taken before 2am, and it was just me trying to order food. There was no need to be so rude, I am a really sweet person"
