My husband and I called 15 other places who were too busy to work on something they didn't sell, didn't work on LG, or didn't return our calls at all. After a friend recommended Fayette Appliance I immediately called them and they came over the next day to diagnose. He knew exactly what it was and ordered the part. After the part came in, he called and we set up a day that worked for us and fixed our dishwasher. I highly recommend Fayette Appliance."

"We've had crews from Fayette Appliance fix several appliances over the years: brand new refrigerator, dishwasher, and dryer. The crew members are always respectful and take the time to explain what's wrong. They always showed up when they said they would and fixed the problem at a very reasonable cost! We had to replace the entire motherboard in a brand new dishwasher that fried, and we were surprised how little they charged for the labor to do it. They also stand by their work. A felt seal on the dryer they repaired came loose after the repair, and they came back out to fix it again at no charge. I recommend this business all the time to people because they do a great job and I never feel like I'm getting scammed like I have with other businesses. Great job, guys!"

"Speedy service. Made a service call on Friday and the techs showed up on Monday morning. On time, professional, knowledgeable. They fixed my dishwasher and ice maker within an hour. Very affordable."

"If I could write them a zero I would. My first initial appointment was scheduled between nine and 12. However at 11 o'clock I received a call saying my appointment time would be between 12 and five that same day. Unacceptable I canceled. The second appointment I received only after I was forced to go back to them with because the other third-party canceled as well and Best Buy only had these two service providers. The second appointment they actually showed up diagnosed my refrigerator and did a fantastic job. However they were two things that occurred one before and one after the appointment that causes this to be a zero. Personally they tried to diagnose the refrigerator over the phone and simply order a part that doesn't even exist for my refrigerator. Secondly they ordered a part supposedly and said they would be back in 2 to 3 days and never came back and never answer any calls after. Poor service poor company"
