"Might want to get staff that shows up for work on time. People waiting in drive through in the morning. Have to get to work also, you have your employees standing outside in the cold because they can't get into a building to do their job. Because the person that is supposed to open the building. Is not there not fair to your customers or your other employees? 2 days in a row or 2 days this week. I apologize, it's a little ridiculous in my book. When you have a responsibility to show up for work. That is what your job is."

"Just terrible. The young man up front continued to mess up the order on the POS and at 1 point, told me and my daughter our total was $45 for a coffee and 2 sandwiches - absolutely not. I understand people make mistakes, not a big deal. I'm waiting for my drink and I am handed a hot coffee when I asked for iced -- again, mistakes happen. But what I won't tolerate is the way the fat manager disrespected me when I let him know I ordered iced. He rolled his eyes at me and treated me like I was garbage. I will never return to this location. To whoever that fat manager was, it is not my fault you are pushing 40 and are mad you work here. Disgusting!"

"I love dunkin and used to come here all the time. I now avoid it. My coffee is always so disappointing. It's only ever just creamer. To top it off, it's always so messy and I have to constantly wipe off my cup. I constantly pick Starbucks (even though I prefer dunkin coffee) over this location, solely for consistency."

"This location Is clean, that basically the only good thing about it. Everything is rushed and never taste like coffee, only milk or ice. The workers working the drive through are honestly the rudest. Don’t ask for your drink to be fixed because all you’ll get is a rude manager and another bad drink. Go to Tim Hortons in suncrest waaay better. The Picture is supposed to be an iced coffee it taste like water and milk."
