"Lefty’s is the best pizza spot in town. I’ve been in Morgantown for about a decade now and have had all the pizza spots in town at least once. Lefty’s is by far the best. The cherry on top is their customer service. One time my takeout order was given to someone else accidentally, so my order had to be remade. It took maybe 10 minutes, and to say sorry, they gave me a free order of fries and a $20 gift card. My recommendation is to get a salad (the ranch vinaigrette is incredible) and a Detroit style pie that sounds good to you (my go to is the Mother Teresa). Detroit style is a must - if you haven’t had it, try it."
"Way better than typical bar food. I've had and loved the chicken parmesan sandwich and calzone (pictured). Fries have the best coating anywhere. Relatively unknown but excellent food and service. Must go place when we're in Morgantown."
"Overall just a bad experience. We ordered a simple pepperoni pizza for pickup and it didn't even have pepperoni on it. On top of that, the pizza was just bland and not very good for the price. I'd compare it to Papa Johns pizza except you paid $20 for it. Hard pass"
"Nice spot for pizza. Chill mood and music playing, nice relaxed environment. Pizza is really good. The sauce is excellent, not too sweet, and full of flavor. They load up on the pepperoni, so it was a little on the salty side, but I'm pretty sensitive to salt so it may just be me. Next time I will ask for a little less pepperoni to balance it out. We will definitely be back."
