"This was my first time visiting this Starbucks in the mall and I was very pleased. Walking in your greater with a very nice view of this place and it’s very inviting. It did not take long for us to be greeted and place orders. The food was on point it was my first time trying the impossible sandwich. The seating was so cute and couple like and was very comfortable. The tables were somewhat clean just needed a quick wipe down. Your able to see each direction of the mall and plan your next move when your finished. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be visiting again."
"For some reason, they decided to add a five dollar gratuity without my permission. It was more than the cost of my drink. My bank will be filing a chargeback. This is unacceptable."
"What a mess. Who does training during this time of year when it’s busy. Waited at least 1/2 hour for an iced caramel coffee. There were at least 7-8 barristers there (and yes, I understand some are new) but one person making the drinks. One poor man was waiting for a small espresso as long as me. When I inquired about my drink and that I’d been waiting about 1/2 hr, a person with pink/purple hair explained about the training and new people. She was snippy with me and I told her I wasn’t the only one complaining. Their training sessions are not the customers problem. I Suggest Starbucks pay their people to come in to train before they open and not while customers are waiting."
"Got back to my hotel with my drinks and one was barely half full. They were very busy but this was still a big disappointment."
