"Fabulous experience! Mostly, because of the amazing service from Amy... Who expects genuinely friendly and extremely great service in an airport restaurant??? Well, I was pleasantly surprised! Amy should be running the place and giving training to everyone in the restaurant business...oops, the relationships business (which this is). I had the original reuben and it was great. I think I'd switch to all pastrami because the corned beef was a little tough. Tasty but tough. The pastrami was like butter. Margarita with Teremana blanco was very good too. Overall, a great find and great service."
"Great experience today at Primanti’s! We had a delayed flight so we were already bummed out. We had Amy as our sever and her whole vibe fixed the mood of the evening. Very energetic, pleasant and provided quick service. Definitely could tell that she takes pride in providing amazing customer service! Thank you Amy for our final meal at Primanti’s before we head out!!!"
"I absolutely love Primanti Bros. I'm not a sports person or a consumer of alcohol. While they have both it's not the same feel as a typical sports bar but there's plenty of drinks to chose from and games playing in the background. The food is great. At every location. Our most recent visit was on Father's Day and we were told a 30-45 minute wait. It may have been 10 or 15. Not long at all. Our food came out accurate and hot. Everyone left full and happy! See ya next time!"
