"Expensively slow. Every time we come to this location serving time is horrible. We attempted to do curb side pick up once and WE STILL HAD TO WAIT! Isn't that the purpose of ordering ahead? Our most recent visit we ordered through the kiosk, a buffalo melt and half sandwich with soup. It took twenty-five minutes to get our order. The kiosk also ASKED FOR TIP! Panera Prices are already ridiculously high for not a lot of food. I've been to other locations and usually get my order between 5-10 minutes for the same amount of food. Would not recommend due to high prices per quantity, slow, and audacity of asking for tip. Stop paying shareholders and start paying employees. I'm done with Panera as a whole."
"Wish I could give 0 stars. Every time I have eaten at this location , something is out of stock. Today, it was the bread for my sandwich, tomatoes, onions, and the baguettes (at least). It’s incredibly frustrating to be paying these prices and not getting the meal you really want. In addition my sandwich had a large stick hidden inside of it. Not holding it together. Just inside of it."
"I feel bad for people in the Cranberry area. This is the worst Panera. Every time I go is a bad experience. They are out of food, slow, dirty, and inattentive to the store and its customers. At my most recent visit, I experienced all of these problems in addition to a brick-hard cinnamon roll (which was a replacement for a cookie they were out of but I had purchased online). The roll was also doughy and flat. I waited 10 min past my "ready by" time when I started to look for an employee or reason for my food not being there. I finally spotted it on the counter in the back. The soda fountain looked disgusting like it hadn't been cleaned in days. All of this happened late in the afternoon, well after the lunch rush, when it was not busy. I love Panera but will not be going to this location again. Sadly, it is always a bad experience."
"This Panera took a turn for the worst lately. You can hardly have a normal meal in the afternoon. Apparently, the "wise" management wants to keep inventory very low, so A LOT of items and ingredients are often out of stock. I can try to understand their willingness not to waste bread, but chips and drinks?? No excuse for not stocking enough things that have long shelf life!"
"I paid $6.79 for my sons bagel sandwich and the hole in the bagel was so large everything was falling out, including the one strip of microwave bacon. I totally forgot when ordering Panera, or at least this Panera, makes these types of bagels and charges you full price. This is getting ridiculous!! They are also always cleaning the machines in the middle of breakfast each day. While I am glad they do clean the machines, shouldn’t the machines be cleaned at the end of the day so when you open the next day the customers have the teas and coffees when it is peak breakfast time? Only go because a family member does work there when in town."
