"Had a consultation for my daughter. First they did the x-rays and then I had to come back 2 weeks later (which I found odd because every Orthodontic I seen did everything the same day) This place is not right. They were trying to get me to sign a contract with full price for braces claiming they don't know the contracted rate from the provider until they bill it. I have already gone to 3 other Orthodontics for price comparison and I was given contracts with all insurance details and contracted rates. People Understand your insurance before making this big expense. No one show pay over the insurance contacted rate!!! Don't be fooled by them telling your the insurance only covers this amount and your are responsible for full payment. Check your EOB (Explanation of benefits) and call your insurance company to verify rates. Long story short we chose Emily Funk Orthodontics in Chester Springs they were upfront and honest about their fees and their technology was way more advance then Leiss Orthodontics."
