"After searching for an integrative dental practice I was happy to find Integrative Dentistry of Chester County in Exton, PA. During my new patient appointment I was impressed with the professional care provided by Dr. DeForno, his dental assistant, hygienist and office staff. I have never received such a thorough examination and cleaning and appreciate the time that was taken to explain what I could expect from the practice and the benefits of integrative dentistry. Also, The new patient product and information package was invaluable. I am very selective about my dental care and highly recommend Integrative Dentistry of Chester County."

"I had high hopes for this place because of their integrative approach. However, I was sorely disappointed because they do not practice informed patient consent. I had wanted to go to them for a dental cleaning, but in order to get a cleaning, I had to go through a consult with the dentist and a comprehensive oral exam. I had disclosed from the beginning of the appointment that I would not be getting x-rays due to the radiation concerns I had and the fact that I had brain lesions. Despite that, I still had to go through both of those appointments. At the end of the appointment, when I once again declined the x-rays, I was told that I would not be allowed to have a cleaning if I decline x-rays. So, I wasted nearly 2 hours of my time to be denied the service I had wanted in the first place. Nowhere on their website do they state that they REQUIRE x-rays in order to get a cleaning. The consult was a waste of time because I didn't learn anything that I didn't already know or was already doing, and I discovered that I am even pickier about natural ingredients than they are. On top of that, I was charged $230 for the exam and consult. I feel like I was robbed! I DO NOT recommend them if you are looking for a place that practices informed patient consent. You should only use them if you plan to do everything they ask of you without giving you a choice to decline."

"There is no other dentist I have found in 30 years that matches the quality that Patrick Deforno brings to the dentistry world. I am so impressed with this practice that I drive 80 miles one way just to continue being a patients of theirs. My Dental insurance is out of network here, but I do not care. The fact that I break a tooth and Patrick fixes my tooth so well that I cant tell which tooth it was that originally broke has my business for life. Not to mention Patrick calling me after hours on a holiday weekend just to make sure I am recovering well. Going that far to care for your clients is unheard of now a days but its common practice here. Sometimes if your lucky they will play your music which is a added bonus, but to top it all off. This place actually cares about your dental-health. No long term side effects that comes with modern day dental care. They take the toxic out, and give you a true clean, healthy smile.
